a sudden blog update! *knock knock* anyone around? :)
Looking at the tags on my tagboard, haha, I think this blog died for awhile already. I have no idea what to write.
Hopefully I still have some readers who occasionally hop back to this address, waiting for those trashy stuffs that I post from time to time. Maybe I do have stalkers. Who knows? ;p
Haven't been writing as much as I wished it. Am trying to pick up the reading habit (again). All those new year resolutions never change, and they always include reading more books, or at least 12 books per year or something.
Or saving money, it was always "to save money", and not "to save more money" cos I ended up not saving.
And crappy bananas. I just received the stupid IRAS letter. It's a freaking curse letter man, spoilt my entire weekend. It's like those chain letters you never wanna receive and always wanna ignore. But hell, I think if I do ignore, I'll probably receive some fine right? Anyone received it? I have absolutely no idea how to fill it up, I wanna pay lesser! >.<
I can never understand. We are already paying GST and CPF, now they want us to pay income tax. Argh. There are 2 kinds of Singaporeans, either you're cash-rich, or numbers-rich. I wanna be cash-rich. :( Or better, smart/investment-rich.
Alright. Gotta run and clear some work before I update on what I'm up to these days. It's gonna sound pretty mundane though. Laters. :)

Randoms
I know I'm totally addicted when at this time of the night, I'm surfing the net for Grey's Anatomy quotes.
And the me previously? Yah it was just PMS talking. So yah, if I ever piss you off, or talked in a demeaning manner, please forgive me. Or if I blew up at you for no apparent reason, my apologies.
The Grey's game. I'm stuck on it. If there's anyone who wants that game, I will send it to you so that you can crack all the secrets and tell me where to find the magazines and secret notes. I love being so honest.
There's still a line between being honest and tactless. But lines are drawn to be crossed - so that tactless people can go ahead and say that they were being honest when they were basically tactless and stupid. Rules are always meant to be broken, otherwise there wouldn't be any.
Alright, I'm gonna tweak my bio clock back to normal. Grey's harmful. =X

The trip to wala's after work with samm, yd and yw was great. I miss ngak's singing; he has improved tons since the last time I decided to shun him for EIC! Now my taste is changing, and I'm loving his band and his new (or not so new, considering the last time I saw ngak was years ago) back up singer and bassist.
But lazy me doesn't feel like uploading the photos.
I love the company, I love hanging out with samm, I love hanging out with this group of ex-starhubians (except yw, he's working in June's IT fair) because we have the same interests. :)
Dozens of apologies to yd for spilling hoegaarden on his newly-washed jeans, and to samm for drenching her phone in hoegaarden! Clumsy me had to hit the beer we couldn't finish. =X I'm glad her mobile's working fine now (she called me just now, so it SHOULD be working, right?)
I need rest. Tons of it. I think I needa take MC tomorrow. The symptoms of a flu and bad cold are showing. =X
And here's to more live music to come! :)

Yayy!
My comp's up. But the damn soundcard is not. :(
Why is it when one thing's up, the other have to die? Like when I fixed the hard disk, the graphics card died. Now it's the soundcard. WHY???
And does anyone recommend any nice shows to watch? Hee. My comp's up. It's unbelievable. :)

I love new buys. :)
The humid, sweltering weather got to me and I decided it was worth it to squeeze some hard-earned money to lug the immense cooler back home for numerous nights of peaceful sleep.
I can't begin to describe how irritating the mosquitoes have been, or how bothered and pissed off I am by them. I hate mosquitoes. Absolutely hate them.
Hence, I pray this cooler is the solution to my troubles.
So proud of myself. I set it up in less than half an hour! :)

Poor Snail
I was absolutely absorbed in the music plugged into my ears, or so I thought. This other lady was absolutely absorbed in her conversation with her friend, definitely absorbed.
Suddenly, I heard a loud SPLACK sound. I turned and saw the lady lifting her feet to see that she's stepped on something. Her reaction?
"Eeyerr! I stepped on a snail. Oh, really meh?"
She continued with her conversation, not giving a care about the poor snail whose life just ended abruptly cos of her carelessness. She didn't even bother. No guilt, nothing.
Poor snail. :(
And then I thought, where's the weirdest place to find a snail? In a lift? I mean, lifts move really fast. Okay, that was random.
Still. Poor snail. There are a lot of snails these days, those poor snails. A lot of dead snails too.
